MyTrac totally unresponsive for me. No positions, no open orders, can not add any new tickers to quote screen - do not get quotes......no intra-day charting, and the data flow to AIQ real time is very, very slow. Level II will not load, historical charts do not load. I am not long or short TRAC, just a person who has used it for 6 months and has seen a continual decline in the level of service provided with both trading and data. Even the clock time on the bottom left line of MyTrac is 8 minutes behind!!!!! Have pulled 1/3 of $$ out of account already, and will be wiring out most of what's left today........did over 2000 trades in Feb. and March (each), will not do 500 this month, and will keep this account only in the hopes that someone who is willing to pay attention to running the biz takes over.......and my account is up 2030% YTD (started the year in low 5 figures). Did very well by MyTrac, watching this decline is sad, but AMTD is now running circles around TRAC in the quality of fills on the OTCBB stocks in which I do most of my trading.....Jerry
