Alastair, My guess is that those directors needed to improve their cash flow position to buy their new yachts, condos or whatever. My guess is that the time limit for exercising some early share options was close to expiry. I don't think the share price has topped at all. Look at what's coming up, New Student Administration system in beta release, HR for Public Sector (big NEW market), Version 7 being released in September (earlier than expected), Japanese language released, more languages to follow. A number of customers opted to forego the upgrade to Version 6 and wait for Version 7. This stock is going to be VERY active in the latter half of the year. Somuch so that I wouldn't rule out another stock split. Just my tuppenceworth - who knows what's driving the share price these days. Regards PeoplePal
