Exacctnt, today's loss is not DOJ related. The company is guiding future growth rates down. That is serious and investors have greener pastures to graze on. It is that simple. That is why the DOW is not that much down at all. Merck is growing at roughly the same rate as MSFT and has a PE of 29. So, it is not impossible to imagine MSFT at ~ 1.65*30 = 50.
