In addition to these strong reach figures, TMCS users spent 14.5 minutes

Express Ordering Service Has Strong Start

Ticketmaster.com, the company's leading online ticketing site, announces
that more than 1.5 million users have registered for its streamlined Express
Ordering(TM) Service. This feature allows frequent ticket purchasers to
register their address and credit card information in advance to make ticket
purchasing fast and easy.

"When we launched this service in December we set an aggressive goal of
500,000 registrations for 2000," said Tom Stockham, President of
ticketmaster.com. "By April 15th we already have had more than
1,500,000 registrations -- far beyond our expectations."

Strong Local Reach

TMCS believes local online information is essential to today's Internet
user. A mass market demographic has now emerged in Internet users, and these
users value information and recommendations on activities that affect their
everyday lives, and the tools to get things done. The importance of local
information has typically been masked in national audience reach figures,
since no player has had a fully built out local network. TMCS' 10% national
reach places it in the top 25 Web sites nationwide in March, but the extent of
the Company's reach is even stronger in the local markets where it has been
open for over a year.

TMCS has made a large commitment to building its local network in the
cities and communities its serves relative to competitors. Through
citysearch.com, livedaily.com and ticketmaster.com the company has more than
125 editors developing rich, original content. In addition, the company has
integrated and will continue to integrate a variety of tools to help people
get things done in their city once they have made a decision. These include
ticketing for music, arts, family and sports events, reservations for hotels
and participating sports, job listings, apartment listings, matchmaking, and
even paying parking tickets in a pilot program.
