You comment triggers a thought that I have been wondering about ever since I started following trading - and that is, considering the very larger amounts of money traders have access too and the critical importance that this change you mention, data delay problems from exchanges and "live" feeds, the IRS rules on traders and "wash" rules and all the other items that directly effect traders, WHY IS THERE NO TRADER ORGANIZATION that we all belong to that helps us fight these issues?

I mean, people with almost no capital funds organize to protect and promote their needs and problems.
