It is more than coincidental that MSNBC continually interviews fund managers that are out of the market right now.....and surprise surprise, they insist that the market is going down....duh! I believe that the funds that got in at the low or have 40-50% cash, will "more than support" this market over the shorrterm turmoil. The managers that are out 70% or greater are going to have to answer to the tax man and their investors as too why they have to pay such high taxes because they were in cash. Eventually the only group that will capitulate is the fund managers who are out!! This will make for a surprisingly good early summer...instead of the boreing summer we normally have! But again...what the hell do i know! the Chief
