Albiet, The way the Govt. removed Elian from his uncle's home was overdone. The fact remains why should an uncle have greater control over a child more so than his own Father? This event will go down as another one of the great debacle's in American history. Thanks again to the bottom fishing Lawyers. Fortunately no blood was shed for the stupidity of both parties. The fact remains his Mother tried to bring him to another country, she failed. Now, the sole custody reverts back the the childs Father and his wishes. CASE CLOSED! T
