Epics - Ellison is not even close to the top, several MSFT billionaires ahead of him... as well as the WallMart Billionaires. MSFT would need to fall to about $10 for Ellison to get into the running.

Billionaires, in order from 1999 Forbes list
- Bill Gates
- Paul Allen
- Warren Buffett
- Steve Ballmer
- Michael Dell
- Helen Walton
- John Walton
- Alice Walton
- S. Robeson Walton
- Jim Walton
- Gordon Moore ("Moore's Law")
- Samuel DuPont Heirs
- Larry Ellison
