A little less arrogance and I doubt they would have attracted the DOJ's attention. No, the government's extorts changes from companies all the time. They recently extorted some change of behavior from Intel. Intel just immediately bowed and groveled to the bully in order to get on with business instead of fighting back and getting beat up. Why do you think that so many investigations end up with voluntary agreements?
