Down Vol to Up vol on NAZ is running 8 to 1 to downside...I think we will see capitulation in NYSE stocks, and I believe that will happen soon.

I don't see a big rally from here in SOX or BKX, so it's just a matter of time before the market starts to crumble. However, for shorts, you are better off forgetting POS etc. and concentrate on the second tier and third tier stocks.
