Gregory. You have a cup half empty approach to events. QCOM can, with the right partners lead a consortium without supplying all the cash. There are pleanty of western companies with billions of cash. I am sure that there are many Japanese companies that are tired of DOCOMO's heavy handed tactics and that would love to have part of a new telecom venture because it would provide them strategic opportunities.
