Lehman Brothers improved its rating on Silicon Valley Group (SVGI) to
"Outperform" from "Neutral," citing conservative earnings estimates for
2001, the stock's discount relative to its peers, and positive catalysts
on the horizon.

IMO, the 193nm low NA sales are a good precursor of forthcoming high volume, production high NA sales of their 193 nm scanner.
