WIND management has never revealed the exact language of the I2O contract with Intel. We know that WIND gets roughly $1.25 per I2O unit now, but will this hold up as Intel ramps production into the (hopefully) many millions?

It looks to me like you already renegotiated it substantially. Where did you get the $1.25?

Of course you are right. Any contract could be renegotiated as conditions change. But it doesn't matter. The I2O market has finally entered the high-value phase. Re-read what I said about how Intel and WIND are positioning themselves in this market. The expectation is that WIND will begin to see rapidly escalating ASP as new products enter the market. In the future, only a small portion of the proceeds will derive from IOP royalties in accordance with the current contract.
