the government take away rights We have never had in this country the right to decide which laws we want to obey and which we want to ignore. If someone plans an act of civil disobedience then they must be prepared that there may be consequences. Elian is currently being held without access to his attorny Elian has no attorny. A six year old has never in this country been accorded the right to make a binding contract. The attornys in question are those of his great-uncle. It is up to the boy's legal guardian to be advocate for him and that is his father. This administrations desire to send this boy to a communist regime, This is a very unfair characterisation.
