Just bought my when issued shares. I didn't know that you can't buy them over the web. They require special handling, and a higher commission. I waited for the bounce that started just after 3:30 to try to place the order. Had to call Schwab, and wait about 5 minutes for CS rep, then 5 minutes for the rep to figure it out. Ended up paying $20, instead of $19.375. Oh well.
