As previous posts have indicated, Q will get royalties from either flavor of CDMA. The issue is that they want a flavor of CDMA to arrive as soon as possible for 3G. In Q's mind, this is likely to be CDMA2000 not DS-CDMA since the standards for DS-CDMA are not determined yet.
