I heard that Judge Jackson could send the appeal straight to the Supreme Court, bypassing the Appeals Court. I'm not sure why. But if he can and does, the Supreme Court only reviews a tiny percentage of the cases sent to them. And they decide which ones to take before the term begins in October. If they decline to take the case during the summer, this case is over.
