Sam, I agree with you. I sold all my remaining shares of PLMD this morning and watched the stock price ease during the rest of the day. Maybe the fall off in share price was due to the poor day on the NASDAQ, but I didn't like the extent of the dilution, nor the reasons given for it. So I decided that it's wait and see time. Harold V
