Yahoo profile is as of their last quarterly report (quarter ending October '99). The Perfumania.com spin-off occured during the third quarter (in Sept '99). The numbers reflected in the Yahoo profile are based on an EDV (which was then trading as PF) stock price of around $6-$7. The quarterly report from that period actually does reflect their cash/cash equivalent position at around $13 million, which included the 1.5 million shares of EDV (then PF) at around $6 (roughly $9 million), plus the 500K in options exercisable at $8 (an additional $4 million). With EDV trading at $64, the 1.5 million shares of EDV is worth about ten times what it was back then.
