Remember we were talking about waking dreams? Or of almost being asleep? I had a dream, or was thinking, sometime last night, that as life goes on, and I do more and more of what I want to do, and more and more of the things I do are built, and knowledge increases more and more, and preferences for efficiency and methods are made, ~ THAT ~

.....I become more and more "closer to me;"
and more separated from "society."

Distance. Widening Apparent Gap.

This led to a backdrop tone of the movie, which was the word eccentric.

That term can only be applied from the outside; and
in this case I think it is fair by those standards.

Yet I think, where I live that word has a very negative connotation, with "people." People who think they are society. I don't mean Society, as in Society columns and Beaux Arts. I mean people who think they are society by not realizing that term's reality includes everyone.

I don't think it's seen that way everywhere, everytime, or ever, by Everyone. My friends don't see it that way.

(Eeek.)

But to me, the prospect is disturbing.
I have no intention of being an eccentric.

I don't WANT to draw attention.

This pisses me off.

Thank you very much.

PS: I think the dream actually has to do with aging.

But I'm not sure.
Opinions?
