Look for a couple points at first. I assume that since you are an insider, you will be subject to the lock-up period of at least 180 days. All you can do is sit and watch. If you are given your shares through another avenue such as an agreement with E-trade or something, then you may not be subject to lock-up.

One thing to consider. Look at the Market Capitalization of Sprint.. Not the share price to determine relative value.
Remember the AT&T offering will have 2.3 billion shares. I will take shares if they are given but I doubt it will have much pop after the first 5 minutes.
