Geoffrey Moore recently suggest that MSFT is a "contained gorilla"? (That may be in Chapter 13 of the 12-chapter edition. <gg>. BB cross-posted this discussion at Message 13332861 I thought you thereafter responded that you believed Microsoft's cash and investments might mitigate its containment and/or that there was no proven substitution threat.
