Works great, if you do it right. I have been known to pull over $100 face value of coupons out of the shared coupon bin in the local library in under 30 minutes. Considering grocery stores double coupons (here in San Diego), the net benefit is something like $400/hour, tax free !

I really don't need the money, so it is like a hobby or a fun game "beat the supermarket" I like to play. My record so far is about $25 worth of groceries I paid 7 cents for. Much better return than gold stocks ;)
