A few considerations: 1. Global asset allocation, with the exception of countries that are sector specific, like natural resources does not work. Coordinated central bank efforts to raise rates and slow economies will reduce both income and PE ratios. 2. Stocks like SFTBF will trade more closely with US indexes like DOT/IIX. 3. Stock splits 3:1/4:1 dilute momentum and curb price action. eg. QCOM/JDSU. 4. Moneyflow from the funds is the key to the future. Watch OBV, which has a current trend of lower lows and lower highs, to turn up. Wait for the weekly charts and RS to turnup before adding to longs. Blow off tops, like that which SFTBF incurred, require weeks or months to repair themselves. 5. Never allow a profit to turn into a loss and 6. Never fall in love with a stock.
