BB, are you sure you're comparing shares authorized to the same? I'm pretty sure you're comparing them to shares outstanding, which are two different things. Also, you forgot at least the 1.1 billion shares of Liberty Media tracking stock that T has issued. T had a proposal to increase Liberty's authorized to 4 billion shares in the last vote. This looks like a simple shelf registration to me, and unless you don't trust management to use the shares in furtherance of shareholder value it's no big deal. Share issuance is not necessarily a dilutive thing. Regards, Barb
