Bothers me too.

My understanding is that the SI web site isn't designed for the use of vulgar, low-class, gutter language.

The protocol we've developed at this site for dealing with problem posters doesn't address the issue of vulgarity because its already covered under SI rules.

Please refer to this post--especially item #3--for SI rules...

My suggestion is to refer instances of offensive and vulgar language directly to SI and let them handle it rather than dealing with such posters directly. Perhaps we can track such posts here on this thread, report signs of progress, and possibly learn something in the process.

Personally, I don't think we need to tolerate vulgarity on this web site, if for no other reason, than it's terribly distracting and aggrivating to serious investors and traders. There are more appropriate places to engage in vulgarity than at this web site.

Others may have additional comments and suggestions. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
