Much ado about nothing. There is nothing sinister in the proxy - business as usual. There is no dilution unless there were a major foul-up with the spin-off (which the investment bankers are paid plenty to keep from happening).

Kinda bearish around here today. That must explain so few "unique users" of this thread today. This stock (or the combined entities) will do fine from this point on. Have a good evening.
