I guess the massive improvements by the technological revolution that has been happening over the last couple of decades has only been really recognized by investors as extraordinary over the last couple of years -g-

for me, i thought the move from macpaint to adobe illustrator was a screaming exponential, since then everything has been incremental, even the internet.

for e-wave enthusiasts, that chart shows the blow-off phase in the nasdaq as a smoothed out five waves up with wave 1 ending jan 99, wave 3 ending jan 00, and wave 5 where things went maniacal in biotechs and other speculative issues into march 10.
