NO it might not happen! You mean it could take 10 billion to make it happen, that's if Japan lets QCOM and it's partners to the table so that would mean someone gets shut out since there is only going to be three not four. Why would DDI continue to up grade when they are going to trash it down the road?

The story could be changing right before our eyes, it could be getting longer and longer till the brass ring is grabbed. Even you see that. If you can sit on your money for two years and have it do little to nothing like QCOM did once before, that's your prerogative, others might not like the idea of that.
