Go to the doj website and look through the exhibits.

Bearded One - I've read some of the evidence that has been published in the press (just don't have time at the moment to do a lot research on the DOJ site).

And the dialog between GST and myself is really about two issues:

1. Microsoft's guilt - already decided on by Judge Jackson, but not yet considered on appeal.

2. The remedy.

The data on the DOJ site will give me little by which to form an opinion on the remedy - there is a lot more to consider than the facts of the case in deciding on a remedy.

As for Microsoft's guilt - as I've stated previously, I'm not convinced that it is so clear cut. You appear to think it is clear cut. If so, what specific items from the DOJ site do you believe support your view?

Thanks,
-Eric
