I agree. The only reason I make reference to my website is that is where you can find a lot of my work supporting my conclusions. I respect LG's point, but I do not know how to do it better. It is far easier for me to do the work on the website and then reference it than to detail it here. I hope you will follow my model and decide for yourself if its value-added. I will be happy to discuss anything about it (except the detailed formulas which have taken months to create). Happpy Investing David
