Thanks for the post.
I do not disagree with the concept of the merger, merely the poor timing and the outlandish price paid for a business with no sales, no track record and a product that goes head to head with Netegrity. If there was a big deal in the wings - Entrust would be bragging instead of watching their stock flush down the toilet. I will bet our beloved Mr. Ryan and company dumped their stock before this $500 mil stock dilution. I thought Entrust was already working a partnership with IBM?
