Doubt if Vietnam will be entering the OLB realm in force anytime soon. A good portion of the population is still illiterate and I bet less than 5% of the population own a computer. Further, I don't think they even have a national exchange. Maybe in 30-40 years they may be a newcomer to the securities industry. By then EGRP will have either been bought out or bankrupt at they rate they are spending money. The Vietnam thing is mostly PR.
