Ed,

you are not going to like what I say.

I don't do DD on stocks. I let other people do it and then I do my adjudication based on WHAT and HOW they tell me. My only criteria is I must RESPECT those people and their ability at doing DD. Almost 99% of my investing is feel, logic and psychology.

So in this case I listen to the following. Uncle Frank, unclewest, Jill, Joel.
