added today to opay....reading through the balance sheet it seems that the major contributor to their operating lose was due to noncash stock option charges....had to pay the piper...sheesh talk about bad timing.... overall it looks like business has been excellent for them...thin margins are a bummer but great business and financial partners...Imperial Bank owns 12m shares..... interesting 3/1/00 p.r. by co. off the website officialpayment.com ir.officialpayments.com mmmmm...
