Rosemary,

I'm encouraged by the reversal in ABTI. I haven't had the chance to try to pick many short term tops in quite awhile. I hope I have not forgotten how. ABTI is butting against the upper bollinger band, but the upper band is not flat or decreasing.

As far as ABTI analyzing data as it comes in to facilitate a quicker application to the FDA, here is what their annual report says, "Each patient's data are recorded into a case record book by the study investigators. Given the pivotal nature of this study, 100 percent of the data entries are verified against the hospital source documents. The data are then entered into a computer database and screened for errors. Once all errors are corrected, a final data audit is conducted. A unique feature of our protocol is the review of infection data by an adjudication panel comprised of three infectious disease experts. This blinded review of all the infection data will ensure that the serious infection definitions are uniformly and objecively applied across all patients and study sites. Following this review, the databse is locked and the statistical analysis is conducted. The data remain blinded until the final stage of the analysis. We expect to have the analysis completed and results availabe at the end of the second quarter of this year."
