Answering that question is like the guy who ask himself when do i buy a new computer to get the most for my money?, ive heard prices are going down next month yada yada yada, he waits and waits thinking the next bargain is around the corner, 15 years later the guy with dusty old spectacles,is still asking the same question as he fumbles with his 18th century abacus clicking the colored balls and trying to crunch numbers on his tax bill to see how much the government owes him back. Time to get your feet wet is what it boils down to. Dont worry the water aint as cold as some say.
