$Mogul, The lawsuit slapped on TERN is frivolous, more than likely a result of the drop in stock price during the NASD slide after insiders sold than anything. I believe that TERN recently printed a correspondence with cablelabs supporting their claims of continued efforts regarding scdma. On an aside, Gilder does not normally speak of valuations in his letter. tp
