Dave: You are misguided both on MSFT case as well as the Gonzalez case. Consensus opinion is that the INS acted in a way that prevented injury, at the most opportune time and didn't point the gun at the child. The gun was under control with no finger on the trigger. This is the way these raids are always conducted. They are designed to stun and surprise. Legally, all necessary search warrants were issued and they acted fully legally.

MSFT case has been compared by "Abigail" to the OJ case and you are comparing MSFT to Elian case. You must be from "outer space" to make these comparisons.
