EDV looks like a no-brainer short. I think one of the problems with companies like ECMV is all their assetts are on paper. The 52 week low for EDV is 5-3/4....and what have they done so far to earn a market cap of 1/2 billion dollars....other than have a small manipulated float? The average volume in the stock is about 17k. So how would ECMV go about unloading 2 million shares in the company without driving it to single digits again?

Next....who is to say there will be a market for these IPO's they are going to try to pull off? The IPO market is pretty sour right now, and it seems to me the majority of the underwriters out there are in the shithouse with investors. I don't see that changing overnight, especially with IPO's like this.

So it looks as if they have a couple of little dinky outfits with little or no backround, and a money losing perfume company. SGDE doesn't look too bad, but they aren't making much money.

I don't know....it looks shakey to me but I would be real interested in further opinions.
