P.P.P.S. To the Feds: This post is an attempt at humour. I thought I'd point this out before you waste too much time on it. Ordinary people would understand this post as jest, but I think you guys are 'special' and need simple things explained. Notice by my spelling of 'humour' that I'm a foreigner, so don't start combing the U.S. looking for me, because I'm not there. I'm in Canada -- Hint: look near the top of your map. If you're holding it correctly, Mexico's near the bottom.
