TEMECULA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 25, 2000--Media Concepts
Inc. (NQB pink sheets:MDCE) (OTCBB:MDCE) today announced the
establishment of a new division that will be dedicated to the design
and installation of home automation systems, high speed Internet
terminals, security, intercom, and custom sound and lighting for the
residential market.
This division will initially concentrate on the Southern
California new home market but is anticipated to expand nationwide.
Media Concepts Inc. intends to leverage management's vast experience
in the high-end custom home building market to build relationships
with large nationwide residential developers.
The new division will install home theater systems based on the
HOMtheater.com blueprints as well as home automation systems. Systems
will be targeted at large residential development tracks by
coordinating with the developers design team.
With the advent of DSL and new cable applications that afford high
speed delivery of the Internet, it is predicted that more than eight
million home networks will be installed by 2002, coupled with a seven
billion dollar home automation market.

develop packages for the residential market that will include demo
programs for developers, pricing plans, wiring designs for multiple
residential applications and wireless solutions for retrofit
applications.
