Thank God we're in the final days of a truly evil administration.
As I've matured over the last 8 years from the age of 25 to 33 and I've come to an understanding about how completely corruptible people with unlimited power can become.
I've come to understand that character, above all, will determine the how an individual handles the obligations given to leadership when controlling the fate of an entire nation. And that if that character, at it's core, is corrupt, the entire nation will suffer.
We can look at the general moral decline in this country and, I belive, trace it right to the top of the heap. (Clinton & his administration) Waco, Oklahoma City, Columbine. The buck stops there. Clinton has betrayed us all.
GW will become president this year. And I think it will make a real difference in this country to have a morally sound, honest, patriotic figure leading us. Not a 'Poll-politician'.
But it will take years to un-do the damage done by this administration (particularly when it comes to issues of national security, which I fear, may be irreversible.)
God Bless GW, JH |
