Fnord, You need to call John Haines with your questions. You have the phone number and you know that yhe is willing to talk about this issue. I don't know whether or not he reported to the SEC, but you can find out if you will only be a man and call the company. You have dodged the requirement to call the company over and over again. First, you had the excuse that you wanted to read the 10K, now what is your excuse? Where is your expose'? Was your entire expose' based upon the possible relationship between Ray and Morrell and, once shown with your own research that you were wrong, you had to give it up? Why do you keep trying, Fnord? The data shows that you are wrong in your assumptions. Over and over, the data contradicts your conclusions. At what point will you admit defeat? What's the point in being stalwart and wrong? Your pride gets the better of you, but now most people know you've been barking up the wrong tree, and been a wanker about it to boot. Call the company and talk to Haines if you want to know. Sometimes you look like such a weakling...
