Sonoma Releases Statement Regarding SEC Filings
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 25, 2000--Sonoma Financial Corporation/Victormaxx Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:VMAXE - news) one of the largest payday advance operations in the greater Chicago area, announces today that it expects to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission all forms and reports required to be filed by Sonoma prior to May 17, 2000, which is the completion date established by NASD for the group of OTC Bulletin Board companies of which Sonoma is a part.
