An important question, the answer to which is the key to the near future; is Clinton an aberration or a symptom of a more general and extensive rot in our country. Remember, he was elected twice. I wouldn't say for certain he couldn't be elected a third time if he was able to run again.

We can look at the general moral decline in this country and, I belive, trace it right to the top of the heap.
