Chris, if I talk to John Haines then I might be called in to the district attorneys office who is handling the Videolan indictments. I really don't have the time to give testimony in the fraud case. King Zeus might have the time but TheTruthseeker would rather not become a witness.

Zeus has stated that John Haines knew about the wrongdoing. I am sure that the District attorney heading the Videolan indictments should be calling John Haines very soon. I expect King Zeus will be called as well.
"John discovered wrongdoing among the management at Videolan and insisted that it be stopped or he would hand-in his resignation."

JOHN HAINES & VIDEOLAN, THE "TRUTH"

What's up with these bashers and shorts? They find any little piece of trivia and turn it around to accuse the management at CYBR of anything they wish. First they attacked Mike Morrell, then John Haines. Who's next!! I suppose they will attack the janitor next and accuse him of being an illegal allien.

I spoke with John Haines this afternoon concerning the Videolan debacle. It brought back painful memories to him and he was anxious to get the truth out to the board. I have his permission to repeat our conversation.

John discovered wrongdoing among the management at Videolan and insisted that it be stopped or he would hand-in his resignation. The wrongdoing continued and John did indeed resign with the company effective that december. The subsequent legal issues that followed began in late January and to his dismay he was never called upon to testify. When John left the company he walked away from $11 Million in order to maintain his integrity. He just wanted "out" not wishing to be associated with that kind of activity. But as fate would have it, the media once again screwed-up and got the dates all wrong and implicated him in the case. John insisted on his own legal representation but was never called to testify because he was not with the company at that time and he was held innocent. John wanted to testify but was refused.

If this scenerio happened to you, what would you do? I would do just as John did and bail out, $11 Mil and all. Why would an honest truthful person want to be associated with illegal activity and ruin his integrity.

This description is to the best of my memory. We didn't go into further detail. If you have any questions about this please call John Haines at 561 737-2227. And please post any additional information that you may find.
