Stac cried foul, sued and won.

Olu - did the Stac case have any bearing the recent DOJ case? Was any of the evidence in the Stac case used as evidence in the current case? That's my question. If the Stac case had no bearing on the most recent case, then I don't know why you're bringing up the Stac case - unless of course it's just a reason for you to cite why you don't like Microsoft.

They build good products although they never innovate.

This is simply wrong. Read my previous posts to Glenn.

Yes, this is the ONLY lasting remedy that will promote competition and innovation.

You still haven't answered the question I posed to you in my previous post - on how breaking up Microsoft will have any impact on what goes into Windows (will the government have to regulate the product?).

Very soon, if MSFT is not stopped, people running OSes other than Windows wont be able to view sites powered by IIS.

Yes, and pretty soon you will making your tax directly to Bill and you will be forced to attend the Church of Gates every Sunday. You're sounding a bit extreme here. You think Microsoft could survive if they didn't allow Windows users to browse servers running Unix?
