DELL PC's quality

I just bought a DELL PIII 700MHz machine.

I noticed that DELL made the PC ready to ship the day I ordered. It doesn't seem to have much time
to test the PC.

I already noticed the clock on this machine is very slow.
I adjusted the clock two days ago. Now it is
almost 30min late.
