Ralph Bloch of Raymond James on CNBC: shorterm buy signal he correctly predicted NAZ decline a few weeks ago yesterday action had all the signals of successful test of bottom - low volume on relative basis (compared to last 30 days) - improving breadth (more stocks participated in rally) - lots of bearishness (people are worried, brown undies) - put/call ratio was over 3:1 favoring puts - expect two months of rallies - dont expect any new NAZ highs CNBC just got dig in to Acampora "finally something useful from a man named Frank" / Jim
